great location, good service but could improve on room amenities

The location is fabulous. beach front with the town center just around the corner. The staff, especially those at the reception, were very helpful and accommodating.

Although the room was clean, I expected more variety in amenities for a 3-star hotel.

We had a delightful stay with a lovely view of the seafront, perfect for exploring Great Yarmouth. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, helping us with parking and dining options in the area. The entertainment suited more of an older crowd, but we enjoyed the lively atmosphere overall. One downside was the wi-fi only being available in common areas, making it less convenient for those needing constant access.

Had a fantastic time lounging in the cozy courtyard and enjoying the sea views from my room! The hotel offered nice spaces to unwind, but I found the shower a bit cramped for my taste. I’d definitely recommend it for a chill getaway! 🌊

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent, very friendly and hard working. Had a fantastic time thanks to our waiter, Carlos, who really went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our meals, making sure my dietary restrictions were well taken care of.

It was a bit on the pricey side, but still acceptable for what we got.

Great location right opposite the beach. Our Double Room with Sea View had a lovely view, powerful shower, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and was kept clean daily. Friendly staff at reception were super helpful, making everything easy. Breakfast options were delicious with fresh ingredients. Loved the chilled atmosphere, very comfy for our stay.

Group stay for fun times

Fab location on the main ‘strip’ with the sea literally across the road. The shower, though it pretty, was really powerful.
